All Electronics sold on Karlodeal.com are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer. They come with minimum 1 year Manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
For Mobile Accessories, the supplied accessories inside the box have 6 months manufacturer warranty.
2) How much are the delivery charges?
Karlodeal .com provides Cash On Delivery and Bank Transfer Method on all items.
Delivery Charges: 1) For Nagpur Area : - Free shipping.
2) For Outside Nagpur Area : - Free shipping.
3) What is the estimated delivery time?
Mentioned as 3 days delivery time: These items will also be mentioned as "In Stock". For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Mentioned as more than 3 days delivery time: We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. Some items have to be imported from outside India. These items are mentioned sometimes as "Imported" on the item details page and can take 10 or more days to reach you. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order within the time specified.
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 6th May, August 3rd week.
For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Karlodeal.com
Permanently Discontinued: This product is no longer available on Karlodeal.com because it's obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
4) How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items (i.e. except Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If your order contains an electronics item (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
5) What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs. All taxes are included with the list prices. Karlodeal.com adds charges for Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer Methods only.
6) Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 2-3 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import, are labeled 'Imported' on their respective product pages - the delivery of these items can vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Products which you can pre-book, and are labeled as 'Forthcoming' are dispatched on the release date of the particular product - release dates are mentioned on the product page.
7) What about the warranty for mobile accessories?
Unless otherwise specified, there will be no warranty for mobile accessories. However, if there is defect or malfunctioning within 30 days of receiving the accessory, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue for you. If you encounter problems at a much later date (after the first 30 days), we will not be in a position to help you and you will need to contact the brand's Service Center for assistance.
8) I was able to buy products earlier from my city/pincode, but my city/pincode is shown as 'undeliverable' in your system. Why?
As a process, we constantly look at service levels of our logistics partners and make changes to those areas that do not match our service standards. As a result, there may be certain areas that we do not deliver to, as part of this process. Deliveries to such areas may hence be temporarily affected, before we are able to resume the same.
9) Does Karlodeal.com deliver internationally?
Karlodeal.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Nagpur.
